Do you accept offers on your domain names?
Yes, we accept minimum offers of $3000.00 USD on all domain names marked “Make an offer”. We will also consider all reasonable offers on every domain name featured in our catalog. Based on experience we believe our domain names are fairly appraised in the marketplace. Price changes and discounts are regularly updated to reflect current pricing.
How do I purchase a domain name?
You purchase your domain name like any other online product. Just select the specific name you are interested in and place it into the shopping cart then conveniently check out using Pay Pal, Credit Card, or eCheck. Alternative payment methods may be arranged. Please contact us for details.
Can I purchase multiple names in a single transaction?
Yes. There is no limit on the amount of names you can purchase in a single transaction.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank eChecks, Domestic Bank Wire transfers, and Cash. Payment must be in USD. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a cash payment or use an alternative payment method such as bank check, cashier’s check, money order, international bank wire transfer, or other. Alternative payment methods such as checks may cause delays in payment processing and domain name transfers. Once a check payment clears the domain name will only be transferred to the name listed on the check.
What is the purchase process?
Once your purchase is complete you will receive a confirmation email verifying your order. After your payment has posted we will contact you within 24 hours to initiate the transfer of your new domain to your selected domain registrar. Please note that the payment must post before we can initiate the transfer.
What is a Registrar?
A Registrar is a company designated and accredited by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) to register and sell domain names. To own a domain name you must have an account with one of the many Registrar companies on the market.
I do not have an account with a Registrar, do I need to set one up?
Yes. There are many Registrars on the market offering domain name registration. You must choose a Registrar and set up an account in order for your domain to be transferred. Once you select a Registrar creating an account is simple and fast.
How will I receive my new domain name?
Your new name will arrive in your existing or newly set up account once the registrar completes the transfer process.
How soon will I receive my domain name(s) after purchasing?
Most transfers only take a couple of days, but please allow up to 8 business days for transfers to be completed. Once the payment has posted we will initiate the transfer of your new domain within one business day, but it will further depend on your registrar to finalize the transfer. Using the same registrar to buy and sell a domain name allows the process to be much quicker than transferring the name to another registrar. When using a different registrar from the seller, in this case the seller being Namebuzzard.com there is mandatory ICANN 5 day waiting period which begins immediately after the seller of the domain name has approved the transfer. It is possible for the transfer to take up to 14 days. Please note that a delay in payment posting can also delay the domain name transfer process.
I got my name. Now what?
Congratulations on making a great investment! You now own your new domain name and will only be responsible for the annual renewal fee that your registrar charges. This fee is between $8.00 and $20.00 depending on which registrar you choose and you have the option to renew for multiple years. Name Buzzard does not charge any ongoing maintenance or renewal fees. Once you pay for your name you own it.
Important – Please remember that you must pay your yearly renewal fee to your registrar, or risk losing your registered domain name if you fail to pay.
Does my new domain come with full rights of use and ownership?
Yes. Your new domain comes with full rights and no recurring fees from NameBuzzard.com.
What is your refund policy and guarantee?
We do not provide refunds for purchased domain names after the sale has been finalized. A complete refund can be issued if the seller does not initiate the transfer of the domain name within 10 days of purchase with exception to payment. All domain name transfers will begin after payment has been posted. Delays in payment posting may delay the transfer of the domain name. The transfer process is 100% guaranteed. A full refund will be given if a potential transfer related issue cannot be resolved.
